Work In Draft - Publish When Ready WebLab2Go allows full site editing in 'draft' mode without affecting your live site giving your complete freedom to work on your site revisions in the backgound. This flexibility allows multiple saved versions of a page at anytime within the CMS, with full content history being retained for each page, right down to individual placeholder level.

You can then see at a glance, what is ready for publication and what is being worked currently within the site using the colour coded site map tree in the Page Manager.

'At A Glance' Site Structure

Simple Page Publishing Key Page is being edited or has a saved 'draft' version. Allows ongoing page editing while a live version co-exists Page is 'Publish Ready' or has 'Live' version. Once you are ready to publish your site, the green idicator dictates which pages will be pushed to your live site. Page is marked as sites Homepage. WebLab2Go allows ANY page in your site to act as the homepage - the first page any vistors will see. Homepages can be changed as often as you like without affecting anything you have previously changed. Page is 'Hidden' in the main site navigations. For the times you need to have a page available on your site but not necessarily appear in the main site navigation, hidden pages provide that exact requirement.
