How do I login to my site?

Once your account has been processed and your WebLab2Go site has been set up, you will receive an email from us with full details of how to access your site and the URL you need to login.

What are the limitation of WebLab2Go?

WebLab2Go is an entry level version of our Enterprise Content Management System - WebLab-CMS.  While WebLab2Go is feature packed, some of the more advanced functionality is not available like Multi-Lingual & Multiple sites, eCommerce, User Management, Page Workflow etc.  Apart from that the only other restriction is your sites are limited to 50 pages/channels maximum.

What if something goes wrong or I break my page?

No problem - don't panic.  WebLab2Go remembers all your content changes so should you do something wrong, or regret a change after you have deleted previous content, then each placeholder can be rolled back to any point in time so recovering past content.

Is my site backed up?

Yes. All sites are backed up daily and we provide a rolling 5 day backup point should you need it.

Do I get email with my account?

No, the service is for the CMS and hosting only so you are free to use any independant ISP for email.

What kind of support do you offer?

All sites are supported 8.30 - 5.30 GTM, Monday to Friday and a full support portal is provided for Ticket Based and Live Chat support calls.  Please visit http://support.proximity-solutions.co.uk to see our support area.

What if I want to cancel my monthly agreement?

No problem although we hope you don't!  WebLab2Go is based on your payment basis so if you pay monthly, all you need do is tell us you want to cancel your account and there will be no further monies to pay once the current month has expired.

For annual account payment, part refunds are not available so should you want to cancel part way through an annual campaign, your site will remain active until the end of the current yearly subscription.

Do you offer a trial?

No, unfortunately not at this time.

What if I outgrow WebLab2Go?
